We do not collect or store payment card numbers or bank account credentials; we may receive limited payment metadata from payment services and retain your name and the email address or phone number associated with your payment solely for order matching and communications, as described in our Terms of Service.

Age, Identity, and Geolocation Verification

We use IP address geolocation and third‑party age and identity verification providers to determine eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws and our Prohibited Locations restrictions. In connection with these processes, we may collect and process information such as your date of birth, contact information, shipping address, IP address and approximate location, and verification outcomes (for example, pass/fail or a verification token) provided by the applicable provider. We share only the information reasonably necessary to perform verification and receive only the information reasonably necessary to confirm results.

By using the Services or Products offered by Spider, Users consent to the collection, storage, and use of their information as described in this Privacy Policy, including processing of age, identity, and location verification data and sending transactional and verification communications as described under Communications below.

Communications; SMS/Text Messaging

When you use our Services or provide contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and, where you have provided a mobile number and consented, SMS/text messages about order status, payment instructions, reminders, authentication, and age, identity, and geolocation verification. Messages may be sent using automated dialing systems to the phone number you provide. Standard text messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. You may opt out of non‑verification SMS communications by replying "STOP" to a message you receive from us or by following the unsubscribe procedures we provide; opting out of verification communications may impact your ability to use the Services, including our ability to process or fulfill orders. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the phone number you provide.

Spider is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (“User” or “Users”). This section outlines the circumstances under which information about Users may be shared or disclosed.
Spider may share User information with third parties in the following circumstances (in each case sharing only what is reasonably necessary to achieve the stated purpose):

With service providers who perform services on behalf of Spider, under confidentiality and data protection obligations, such as website hosting and support, ecommerce and order management, age/identity/geolocation verification providers, communications/SMS providers, and analytics. With shipping carriers and tracking providers (for example, USPS or UPS) to fulfill deliveries, including for adult‑signature requirements where applicable.
With payment services solely to facilitate payment matching and reconciliation; Spider does not collect or store payment card or bank account credentials.
